Return and Exchange Policy

Brands Retail Store is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return1 or exchange an item. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to brandsretailstore@gmail.com or by calling at (phone number). At Brands Retail Store, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Exchanges for Defective/Faulty/Damaged Items:

  • The replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at brandsretailstore@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. However, Brands Retail Store generously covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Refunds for Incorrect Items:

  • We will provide a full refund if the product you receive does not match the product you ordered. In this case, shipping and handling charges will also be refunded.

Processing Times:

  • We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Size Exchange Policy:

  • In the event you are unsatisfied with the size you purchase and would like to receive a different size, you are welcome to send your purchase back to Brands Retail Store by contacting us via email at brandsretailstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for light-colored items.

Refund Policy:

  • We offer refunds in cases of damaged items or if there was a mistake by our packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
  • In the case of a refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The minimum processing period for a refund is 7-10 working days.
